How we help

We offer a range of ways of working together - from a single focused session to longer-term coaching relationships. Everything is shaped around you.

Presentation and impact coaching

One-to-one or small-group coaching covering structure, delivery, voice, body language, managing nerves and handling interruptions and questions. We use video feedback throughout - one of the most powerful accelerators of lasting change. Suitable for any context, from internal meetings, online presentations to key note speeches on a global platform.

Executive coaching

Deeper, ongoing coaching for directors, board members and founders. We work on leadership presence, personal authority, the language of influence and effective and persuasive communications in the real-world and online. Suitable for established leaders or those looking to develop the skills to move to the next level in their careers.

Media coaching

Preparing for a press interview, a podcast, a television appearance or a live radio slot? We train you to stay on message, handle questioning, bridge to your key points and come across as natural and authoritative on camera and on air.

Interview coaching

We help people prepare for interviews by clarifying their story, shaping strong answers and practising how to deliver them with confidence and authenticity. From first impressions to handling difficult questions, our focus is on helping you secure your new position.

TED events and big-moment coaching

For anyone with a talk, speech or significant performance ahead of them. We work from first idea to final delivery — structure, narrative arc, voice, nerves and timing. Whether the stage is a wedding or a TED event, the process is the same: thoughtful, thorough and encouraging.

Women-only workshops

Our women-only presentation and impact workshops offer something slightly different: a room where the specific dynamics women navigate daily can be named, explored and practised openly. Led by Catie and available as half-day, full-day and two-day intensives, in-person or online.

“There is no such thing as a natural speaker, just someone who has practised and practised and practised some more.”

- Catie & Graham Friend
