Catie is a professional presenter, broadcaster and sports commentator who has built her career in various roles across broadcast environments — from the Olympic Winter Games to the Sahara Desert. She understands intimately what it takes to command a microphone, a camera and a room.

Her coaching is warm, direct and deeply practical. She specialises in helping speakers find their voice — in the boardroom, on stage or in front of a camera — and leads all of the women-only workshops.

Graham Friend

Graham has spent over 30 years presenting at the highest levels, presenting to government ministers and C-suite executives across the globe. A Cambridge Economist and Chartered Accountant, he co-founded Coleago Consulting , a telecoms strategy consulting firm and co-launched Powder Extreme, an “Extreme Ski School” in Verbier, Switzerland. Graham is an angel investor and board member and the former Chair of Edulution, an innovative EdTech company focused on delivering grass roots education in Africa. Graham has co-authored two award-winning business titles for The Economist.

His coaching is focused on helping speakers clarify and simplify their message, structure their presentations and use story-telling to deliver maximum impact. Graham’s approach is to build trust with his clients quickly and provide coaching which is practical and direct, delivered with warmth and a sense of humour. He has helped a wide range of clients including recent graduates, high-potentials, entrepreneurs and c-suite level executives, with a particular focus on presence and authority in high-stakes settings.
